Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and performance footwear specialization, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized shoes
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
